Project:

Roof repair for the restuarnt on South Main, Memphis.

Mission:

W. B. Day Construction, LLC was called to repair the old roof of Spindini Restuarant. Rebuilding the roof on Spindini Restaurant. This project was to remove 3 roofs. Once we got down to the original roof we were to rebuild the roof to code. This was done while the restaurant remained open.

Spindini

Yearsof neglect of the roof at Spindini caused quite a bit of damage.
PAtching seemed to be the rule of thumb when repairs were needed.
Staying openwas a priority while the repairs were being made.
D# old roofs had to be taken off to do all of the repairs properly.
Trimming at the topstill had to show the character age of the building to keep the look.
Finishing touch despite tdespite the classic look
