Our History

W. B. Day Construction, LLC was formed in 2004.

Before starting the company, Bill Day formed T & D Contracting in 1986. The purpose of the company was to renovate and manage rental property.

In 1988, Bill the formed Carday Partnership. Carday renovated investment property for resale.

in 1992 the Hunt Phelan Foundation was created to restore and open home as a Tour Home and Bill served as president of the foundation. This lead to forming a tour company with Elvis Presley Enterprises to run home tours.

Since opening W. B. Day Constrution, LLC, Bill has built such buildings as the new prototype Apple Store in Germnatown, TN.

W. B. Day Construction is a contractor licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

We renovate existing homes to the old glorious self as seen with the Hunt Phelan renovation.

W. B. Day Construction builds residential housing. With The Department of Energy TVA, Certificate of Completion Contractor Training on the Southeast Weatherization Field Guide for energy efficiency, you can rest assured that your house will be the most energy efficient building possible.

W. B. Day Construction was builder of the new Apple, Inc. prototype building in Germantown, TN. The company met all deadlines...even with field changes.
