Building residential homes from start to finish. Also, W. B. Day has remodeled homes to bring the modern features to existing homes.

Mission:

W. B. Day built a residential home at 368 Woodmere LnMemphis, Tennessee 38117. This home was featured in The Commercial Appeal Homes section on April 15, 2018.

He then remodeled his new home at 6076 Maiden Ln Memphis, TN 38120. He remodeled this seventy style home to up date features to include a more open space, large kitchen with island, and added bedrooms and baths.




Hard wood floors are throughout the house on Woodmere Ln. A great loo!



Remodeled home on Maiden Lane took seveties look and gave it modern amenities.



An open floor plan has the sitting area just off of the living area. Great for entertaining.



Rustic beams on Maiden Ln, to accentuate the vaulted ceiling.



Woodmere was built energy efficient. Saving money on both heating and air.



Took attice space on Maiden Lane to add a bedroom with a sitting area.
